1. Deleting your account from the app
Open Ti-Services, go to the Profile tab, then tap Delete my account at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation screen sets out what will be erased; deletion only happens after that second confirmation.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Ti-Services cannot restore a deleted account. You may create a new account later, but the data of the old one will no longer be accessible.
Before deleting, the app offers to let you download your invoices. Once the account is erased they can no longer be viewed in the app: that backup is your only copy.
2. Deleting your account without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@ti-services.fr from the account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We verify that it is you, then delete the account and send you a confirmation. This is done within one month, extendable by two months if the request is complex — we will tell you if it is.
3. Erasing some data without closing your account
You do not have to delete everything in order to have something erased. Write to contact@ti-services.fr from the account's email address, with the subject "Data deletion", stating what you want removed: a saved address, a photo attached to a request, your profile picture, your phone number, or any other item on your record.
We verify that it is you, carry out the erasure and confirm it to you, within thirty days at the latest. Your account stays open and usable.
Two limits, the same as for account deletion: invoices and accounting records cannot be erased before the end of their legal retention period, and items attached to a completed job remain available to the other party, who needs them for their own accounts. The periods are set out in section 5.
4. What is erased
- the account record: name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, profile photo;
- the sign-in identity, which ceases to exist — you can no longer log in;
- the associated provider record, if any, including its bank details;
- the notification tokens of your devices;
- the list of people you have blocked.
Ti-Services stores no payment method: card data is held by Mollie, the payment provider, and never passes through our servers.
5. What is kept, and why
Some data outlives the account, because the law requires it or because another party needs it. It is then used for nothing else.
- Invoices and accounting records — ten years from the end of the financial year (article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code). This obligation overrides the right to erasure.
- Completed jobs — kept for the same period, as the basis of the invoices they justify. They remain visible to the other party to the job, who needs them for their own accounts.
- Photos, messages and handover signature attached to a job — kept with it, as evidence in the event of a claim.
- A provider's business registration number and insurance certificate — five years after closure, to evidence the checks carried out before each match.
- Technical connection logs — twelve months at most.
- Departure log — ninety days: when an account is closed we record your name, e-mail address, role, status and the sign-up and deletion dates, so that we can answer a complaint or an immediate re-registration. This log then erases itself.
At the end of these periods the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
6. Your other rights
You may also request access to your data, its correction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to contact@ti-services.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Full details of the data collected and how it is used are set out in our privacy policy.
