Provider charter

Version 1.4 · 17 septembre 2026

This charter is accepted by every Provider upon registration. It frames their responsibility when working at the home of others.

1. Independent status

The Provider acts as an independent professional, under their sole and entire responsibility. There is no relationship of subordination with Ti-Services.

2. Mandatory insurance

The Provider declares holding valid professional liability insurance, covering in particular property damage, breakage and losses that may occur at the Client's home. They undertake to provide proof at any time.

3. Breakage & property damage

The Provider is solely responsible for any damage, breakage or deterioration caused to the Client's property during their job. They undertake to declare it without delay and to ensure its repair or compensation through their insurance.

4. Theft & disappearance

The Provider refrains from any theft, misappropriation or appropriation of property. In the event of such an incident, they are personally liable, both civilly and criminally. Ti-Services may share their details with the authorities and the Client, and exclude them from the Platform.

5. Ti-Services, a non-liable intermediary

Ti-Services is a mere matching intermediary, not present during jobs and not a custodian of the Client's property. Consequently, the Provider acknowledges that Ti-Services disclaims all liability for damage, breakage, losses or theft occurring during a job, which are exclusively the responsibility of the Provider and their insurance.

6. Indemnity

The Provider indemnifies Ti-Services against any claim, action or judgment by a Client or third party resulting from their job (breakage, theft, damage), and will bear any resulting sum.

7. Sanctions

Any breach exposes the Provider to immediate suspension or exclusion from the Platform, without prejudice to legal proceedings.
