Yes. For childcare you see who is available and pick one: the request goes to that person only.

From what age?

You and the sitter agree before she accepts: the children’s ages and your instructions are in the request.

What about a late evening?

Put the end time in the request, so the sitter accepts knowing exactly what she takes on.
